These divine little muffins are the easiest choc muffins you will ever make, bag serves 12


Just add:

40g neutral oil (I used grapeseed)

120ml plant milk


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.

  2. Add all of the ingredients from the pre-mix into a bowl with the “just add” ingredients.

  3. Stir to combine.

  4. Pour into a greased or lined muffin tray.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Leave to cool before eating and storing in a sealed container.
