If you're not happy, neither are we. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item, and we will be delighted to assist you.

As we deal with food, a photo of the damaged item(s) is required. Proof of purchase must be provided to qualify for a full refund of the product. We may request the item be returned before issuing a refund or replacement, and in some cases, the cost of returning the item will be the customer's responsibility.

We aim to either refund the product amount or replace it in your next order and are committed to resolving any issues you have.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Partial refunds/credits may be granted in certain situations, such as for items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items that are returned more than 14 days after purchase/delivery (unless previously authorized).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or faulty.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
