If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 24hours of receiving your items to let us know on stephanie@rawbulkfoodsonline.com. We want you too love your order so we will always do our best to fix the issues asap. Please ensure you send a picture of your packing sip with your email this is really important

We indivdually check and polish every single jar, it is very rare to get a damaged lifetime jar, however we do understand that this may happen in transit. Please send a photo to us within 24 hours of recieving the damaged items to stephanie@rawbulkfoodsonline.com.

We will always do our best to fix it asap.

They are yes, we do not believe plastic is the issue we believe that the way in which plastic is being used is the issue. Plastic was designed for longevity to last 100s & 100s of year not be used for a few seconds and thrown away. So we use plastic for its greatest asset longevity by taking plastics that already exist in todays environment and repurpose it to make the first of their kind refill bags.

Thmajority of our ingredients yes, we are working hard to make all of our ingredients available in refill bags, as part of our mission to eliminate single use plastic plastic production and operate with zero waste.

However, as a startup, we still face some limitations in terms of bag volume and design variety. At the moment, we do not have refill bags for our spices or small quantities of other items. All our refill bags are designed to hold dried goods in the weight range of 500g to 4kg, and we have successfully designed and tested three more innovative designs.

Our next step is to secure the necessary funding to bring these designs to market, as our ultimate goal is to run our business exclusively with our refill bags.

Our sole mission is to be 100% running with just our refill bags.

We use these for small quantities and spices, they are not plastic they are made from corn starch,sugar cane & paper.

You can also send these back to us or compost them but make sure your remove the tin tie first :-)

Our bags are crafted from 100% ocean, beach, and recycled bottles, giving new life to plastics that were already in circulation. This was a challenging but important decision for us, as we strive to be leaders in environmental sustainability.

It's important to note the difference between "made from recycled materials" and "recyclable."

Our refill bags are made from plastic waste that would have otherwise ended up in landfills or oceans, while "recyclable" means that the material can be processed and potentially reused, but there is no guarantee it will not end up in landfills or oceans with only 10% of plastics ever reused.

Our journey in creating refill bags from ocean, beach, and recycled bottles has been a challenging but rewarding experience. With no blueprint to follow and strict guidelines to adhere to, we have had to navigate uncharted territory.

Cleaning the bags to food-grade standards has proven to be a particular challenge, as the bag design makes it more difficult to clean compared to traditional hospitality items like plates.

Through our cleaning, we discovered that certain elements of the design could be improved for better longevity. Despite some setbacks, such as damaging 20 bags during our cleaning process, we have persevered and learned a great deal.

Now, we are thrilled to announce that we have the design for a custom-built machine, which will be the first of its kind in the world.

This machine will be housed on our premises, enabling us to create a full closed-loop system and offer our innovative bags to even more businesses.

This exciting development will allow us to scale our operations and make a greater positive impact on the environment. Our machine will be protected by IP laws.
