The easiest most delicious bar you will ever make
Easy No-Bake Muesli Bars
60g or ¼ cup peanut butter
150g or ½ cup maple syrup
50g or 3 Tbsp coconut oil
350g or 2 ½ cups Byron Bay Almond Fig and Pear Muesli
- In a small saucepan on medium heat, heat the peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil for approximately 5 minutes or until smooth and well combined.
- Take the saucepan off the heat and mix in the muesli.
- Press the mixture into a lined square cake tin and place in the freezer until set.
- Once firm, cut into bars and drizzle melted chocolate on top (optional).
- Store in the refrigerator.
