Easy No-Bake Muesli Bars

Ingredients

350g or 2 ½ cups Byron Bay Almond Fig and Pear Muesli
60g or ¼ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 150g or ½ cup maple syrup
- 50g or 3 Tbsp coconut oil
Directions
- In a small saucepan on medium heat, heat the peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil for approximately 5 minutes or until smooth and well combined.
- Take the saucepan off the heat and mix in the muesli.
- Press the mixture into a lined square cake tin and place in the freezer until set.
- Once firm, cut into bars and drizzle melted chocolate on top (optional).
- Store in the refrigerator.
