2 Ingredient Savoury Pancakes

This recipe is the one you make when you couldn't be bothered cooking! 2 ingredients and 15 minutes is all you need! Add your favourite toppings and you have yourself a filling and nutritious meal.
Ingredients

150g or 1 cup besan chickpea flour
- 250ml or 1 cup water

Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil, see method
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the besan chickpea flour and water until it is a smooth pancake-like consistency.
- Add salt and pepper (or spices of choice) to the batter and mix.
- Heat up a drizzle of oil in a fry pan on medium-low heat.
- Use a ladle to spoon the mixture into the fry pan. Cook until bubbles start to form and it is golden brown before flipping the pancake.
- Continue step 4 until there is no batter left.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
