Easy Creamy Carbonara

Recipe: Quick Creamy Carbonara

(serves 4)


fettuccine, spaghetti, raw cashews, onion powder, nutritional yeast, salt

Just add:

180ml hot water

5g olive oil


  1. Heat half a small saucepan of water until it comes to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta for approx. 10 minutes and then strain. 
  3. Meanwhile, empty the “in a bag” ingredients and “just add” ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until thick and creamy.
  4. Pour the sauce into the cooked pasta, add fresh herbs and cracker pepper before serving.
