Why are your flour a little more $ than average flour?
Easy answer in the major supermarkets all the flours are BLEACHED, I don’t think we need to explain why we will not stock these types of flours. Unbleached flour is more expensive for us to get our hands on, fun fact the nutritional panel and contamination on these flours are WAY WAY better for you.
