A great all-rounder. You can't go wrong placing me on your shelf!

This unbleached bakers white flour is produced using premium Australian grown organic prime hard wheat. The organic wheat is roller milled to produce this fine plain flour, classed as a ‘strong’ flour which has a higher protein and gluten content than plain flour.
