Made from organically and sustainably grown spelt, using traditional methods and without treatments, such as chemical bleaching.
White spelt flour has had most of the bran and germ removed, giving a 'lighter' touch, ideal for pastries, biscuits and cakes & sits perfectly on the tummy!
Although spelt contains gluten, some people find it easier to digest than wheat.
