Summer is just around the corner so its the perfect time to start prepping your summer puds.
Summer Chia Pudding
45g or 4 Tbsp chia seeds
25g or 2 Tbsp desiccated coconut
300ml plant milk
35g maple syrup
- Place all ingredients into a jar, put the lid on and then shake until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the chia seeds can absorb the liquid.
- Serve with fresh summer fruit of choice.
