Summer Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is a great way to change up your usual breakfast routine! It is packed full of fibre and omega 3's, and freshens your palate when combined with summer fruits.
Ingredients

45g or 4 Tbsp chia seeds

25g or 2 Tbsp desiccated coconut
- 300ml plant milk
- 35g maple syrup
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a jar, put the lid on and then shake until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the chia seeds can absorb the liquid.
- Serve with fresh summer fruit of choice.
