Method the perfect Christmas Choc Orange Raw Slice
(Makes 16 slices
Just add 1:
100g coconut oil
Zest from 1 orange (6g)
50ml orange juice
Just add 2:
20ml plant milk or water
Method:
- Empty the contents of bag 1 into a bowl and stir in the coconut oil, orange juice and orange zest until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking tin and set aside.
- Empty the contents of bag 2 into a small bowl and stir in the plant milk until the icing is smooth.
- Spread the icing over the slice base.
- Place the slice in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the slice is set.
- Cut into 16 slices and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
