Method the perfect Christmas Choc Orange Raw Slice

(Makes 16 slices

Just add 1:

100g coconut oil

Zest from 1 orange (6g)

50ml orange juice


Just add 2:

20ml plant milk or water


Method:

  1. Empty the contents of bag 1 into a bowl and stir in the coconut oil, orange juice and orange zest until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined baking tin and set aside.
  3. Empty the contents of bag 2 into a small bowl and stir in the plant milk until the icing is smooth.
  4. Spread the icing over the slice base.
  5. Place the slice in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the slice is set.
  6. Cut into 16 slices and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
