This is a game changer it will hands down beat any almond Biscotti you have tasted before its heaven on the lips. Our in a bag and a few simple ingredients and it will be ready for you to eat. 

Just add:

35ml grapeseed oil (or other neutral oil)

100ml plant milk

Extra just add:

100g dark chocolate (for melting in step 11).

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, empty the contents of the bag and pour in the “just add” ingredients.
  3. Mix the ingredients until a dough forms, you can also slightly knead to form a ball.
  4. Place onto a lined baking tray and use your hands to shape into a long log, slightly flattening to form a good shape for biscotti.
  5. Bake the log for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown in colour.
  6. Remove the log from the oven and leave to cool for 15 minutes.
  7. Turn the oven down to 140 degrees celsius.
  8. Once it has cooled, use a very sharp knife to cut them into diagonal slices about 1 to 1.5cm thick.
  9. Lay the slices back into the lined baking tray and bake for a further 5-7 minutes on each side (until golden brown).
  10. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
  11. Once cooled, dip the end of the biscotti into some melted chocolate and place back on the wire rack (optional).
  12. Refrigerate before storing in a sealed container.
