A great source of fibre for a happy gut! Harvested from 100% organic coconuts that have been dehusked, naturally dried and flaked to create this delicious gluten & sulphur-free snack.

We've taken the water out and added nothing in.

As always we go the full distance to source locally. As we all know there are many coconut palms in Far North Queensland. However most coconut palms get de-nutted for safety reasons meaning we had to source our coconut products from Indonesia. Why Indonesia? It is the closest to Queensland and this still allows us to keep our carbon emission down.

 

Use raw or for baking and cooking.
