Aussie black beluga lentils are small, glossy black legumes that have a delightfully nutty, and slightly earthy, flavour and aroma. Epic in a veggie burger!

These yummy lentils are fast cooking, a big YES from us... no pre-soaking needed, and they remain whole after cooking. Delicious and convenient in salads, burgers, soups and more.

Our black beluga lentils are grown and processed in Canada and are certified organic.

No need to pre-soak them before cooking. Bring to boil and simmer for 25- 30 minutes. Beluga Lentils are delicious in a variety of dishes, burgers, salads, stews & curries. Versatile and packed with flavour.

A whale of a time!

Beluga whales are adorable but, have you tried cooking with beluga lentils? They’re awesome too!!! I absolutely love adding these to my homemade patties, so great!!
