The workout breakfast

My husband absolutely loves this mix, he says it’s his first workout of the day as he crunches through the huge variety of nuts and seeds, forcing him to masticate (evocative I know but more interesting word than chew!) efficiently, ensuring everything is absorbed into digestible sizes!! It’s really delicious too. Highly recommend!
