Terms and Conditions for Raw Bulk Foods Online Pty Ltd 
"FEED A FAMILY - EAT FREE FOR THE REST 2023 "
  1. The Promoter is [Raw Bulk Foods Online], [Unit 25 127-133 Quanda Road, Coolum Beach, 4573], [ABN 70 652 099 128 ], [Promoter].
  2. This give-away is a game of chance. All entries must be an independent submission by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third-party rights.
  3. Entrants must be 18 years old and over, or supervised by a guardian. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter this competition.
  4. Entrants must have a valid Australian residential address and reside in Australia
  5. The “FEED A FAMILY FOR THE REST 2023” will be promoted exclusively through our website and Instagram channel, but entrants will be required to spend money on our online store for the duration of the competition.
  6. To enter this competition, entrants must:
    1. Entrants must place an order between 7th October 2023 7 AM AEST until 30th October 2023 @6 PM AEST . The more you spend, the more entries you have! $50 = 1 entry. 
    2. All entrants must register their entry via our registration link and complete ALL fields including first and last name, email address and phone number. Please ensure that the name you use to enter matches the name on your order confirmation. All fields in the entry form must be completed to qualify.

    4. Unlimited entries are permitted per person. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. 
  7. A total of 1 winner will be selected at random and be notified by our founder Stephanie Hughes.  
  8. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use an entrant's name and creative submission for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend this competition.
  11. The prize is:
    1. $960 AUD of groceries which is $110 a week and will be issued in a monthly voucher 
  12. The prize will be invalid and a new winner will be chosen if the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days by Raw Bulk Foods Online.
  13. Entries are valid from 7th October 2023 at 7 AM AEST to 30th October at 6pm AEST.
  14. Entries will be judged at the Promoter’s Head Office within one day of the closing of the competition (30/10/23 6 PM AEST). The draw will be random, and be the final decision.
  15. The Promoter will contact the winner via phone or email Stephanie@rawbulkfoodsonline.com (if winner cannot be reached by phone).
  16. If the winner is uncontactable or does not agree to redeem the prize within 7 days of winning, entries will be redrawn and a new winner chosen at the Promoter’s Head Office within 48 hours.
  17. If the winner is responsible for any tax implications which may arise by accepting the prize.
  18. By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  19. Per Instagram rules, this competition is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram. By entering this giveaway, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
