2.2. While we strive to ensure a high-quality experience, Raw Bulk Foods is not liable for any errors, delays, or damages caused by Fulfillment Partners, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or delayed shipments.
- Packaging or handling errors.
- Loss or damage during transit.
2.3. Raw Bulk Foods conducts thorough vetting and quality checks of Fulfillment Partners; however, we do not directly oversee their daily operations.
3. Orders
3.1. All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternative options or a refund.
3.2. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed by the Fulfillment Partner.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or supply chain disruptions.
4.2. Raw Bulk Foods and its Fulfillment Partners are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions.
- Customs clearance (for international orders).
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
4.3. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided where applicable.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items & must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your item
5.2. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.
5.3. Raw Bulk Foods may coordinate with the Fulfillment Partners to resolve your issue, but we do not guarantee replacement or refunds for errors outside our control.
6. Liability
6.1. Raw Bulk Foods is not responsible for any harm, damage, or loss resulting from the use of our products, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
6.2. Raw Bulk Foods is not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party Fulfillment Partners.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1. Customers must ensure that the delivery details provided are accurate and complete.
7.2. Customers acknowledge and accept the use of third-party Fulfillment Partners for processing and shipping orders.
8. Force Majeure
Raw Bulk Foods is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, or supply chain interruptions.
