Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Serves 10)

Just add:

65g coconut oil

70g dark chocolate, cut into chunks

50ml Plant based milk 

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the coconut oil and “Bag 1” until glossy and fluffy.
3. Pour in the plant milk and continue to whisk.
4. Sift in the ingredients from “bag 2”. Use a spoon to fold the mix, add the chocolate chunks and continue to fold until the ingredients are well combined
5. Roll the dough into 8-10 balls and place on a lined baking tray.
6. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until the cookies start to brown.
7. Leave on the bench to cool before storing in a sealed container.
