š« 3-Ingredient Homemade Chocolate
Ingredients:
⢠1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
⢠1/3 cup maple syrup (adjust to taste)
⢠1/2 cup raw cacao powder
⢠Optional: a pinch of sea salt, vanilla extract, or chopped nuts
Instructions:
1. Melt the coconut oil in a bowl over warm water or in the microwave until fully liquid.
2. Whisk in the maple syrup until well combined.
3. Sift in the cacao powder and whisk until smooth and glossy.
4. Taste test and adjust sweetness if needed.
5. Pour into a lined tray, chocolate mold, or silicone muffin cups.
6. Freeze for 15ā20 minutes or until firm.
7. Store in the fridge or freezer (they melt at room temp!).
