Pears not as pictured

I was sent a totally different product to the picture. I was sent thin slices of pear that had been dehydrated to the point where they are inedible. Sent an email to Bulk Foods and still awaiting a reply 7 days later as I’d like a refund for sending me something that was misrepresented. $15 worth of pears in the bin. Do not buy if you’re expecting what’s pictured.

Dried pears

Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the dried pears. The picture suggested they were more succulent, plump pears but instead they were sliced and dried and quite tough to chew. There was also seeds in most pieces I received. If the picture had have shown a more realistic product I would have known what I was buying and wouldn’t have been so let down.
