Spiced Apricot & Ginger Bliss Balls

PS: This recipe can also be made with dried mango cheeks instead of apricots.

Spiced and tangy - these vegan apricot & ginger bliss balls make your tongue tickle and give you an energy boost. Filled with wholesomeness and only the best organic ingredients, these bliss balls come without any nasties and naturally without any single-use plastic.

Directions
Combine all ingredients except the coconut flour and desiccated coconut in a high speed blender or food processor and blitz until almost smooth and well combined.
Add 2 tablespoons coconut flour to the mixture and knead to combine the ingredients to a dough like mass.
Form walnut size balls and then roll in fine desiccated coconut.
